Many parents complain about their teens always on their phones.When the new trend called bottle flipping comes along, they get mad at them for this as well. What do you want from them!!! I mean, bottle flipping keeps kids healthy, gets them off their phones, and helps with physics and fine motor skills. Parents should let kids and teens enjoy their youth.

Kids and teens with phones are very isolated these days, and barely interact with other humans. Bottle flipping can help with this. Since bottle flipping is such a popular trend, many other teens possibly know about it. So it can help them make friends. Also it can give them a competitive game to play during off season. It can also get them to drink more water. So to get kids off their phones, we should let them flip. …show more content…
