Boston University prides itself as not only an intellectual community, but also an energizing . Located along the side of the Charles River, my visit to BU helped me imagine myself walking on campus and attending classes. With over 2,000 research laboratories, BU provides an endless amount of opportunities to engage with professors and students on innovative STEM research. After learning more about the chances to have constructive dialogue with professors outside of the lecture halls and seminar rooms, I was immediately reminded of the intellectual environment I value at my current high school.
