The strength of the Boston Prep school moral dimension of character is the schools five keys of virtue. Students in the six grades attend a weeklong orientation of the five virtues before attending the school (Seider, 2012). They are also several awards throughout the school year, such MACAS Legacy Award of WEB Dubois Award (Seider, 2012). The awards focus on highlighting students’ academic and social achievement.
