The weekly article that I choose to read from the website ccn.com was called “Trump order construction of border wall, boost deportation force”. The article was about President Trump keeping his promise during his campaign to build a border wall to help keep illegal immigrants out of the United States. In addition, president Trump signed two executive orders enforcing the construction of a wall between Mexico and United States, while increasing the number of border patrol force to assist keeping illegal immigrant out of United States territory. The other executive order calls for the “stripping sanctuary cities” of federal grant funding that could make undocumented immigrant leave the country. In addition,

The document was mainly about how the king of England abused his power, which led the United States to be it own country. In more detail, the Declaration of Independence a document that signifies the importance of the freedom of the United State states the founding principles on which the country stands today. As well as stating all negative things the King had done to the colonist of the United States which caused a major war that defeated England. For instance, one of the things that is written in the document is “for imposing taxes on us without our consent”. I think the author or the founding fathers of the country is trying to tell a story of how horrible the king of England was and their effort in moving forward to create a nation without any monarchy. I do agree with the document and the founding fathers that all men are created equal and have the rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. In my own opinion, I acknowledge and respect my founding father of the country on how they were able to achieve independence and showed their resilience in fighting against …show more content…
In other words, how the king of England treated the colonist and how the president trump is going to treat undocumented immigrant. In addition, this event can have moral impact on how world view the United States due to the fact on how we are treating people of other nation such the undocumented immigrants and the construction of the wall. The impact may show that the United States is becoming a more corrupt country or may show that the country is now enforcing serious consequence for the illegal immigrants. As of today, the country has a new president, but lets not hope that their may a similarity between the president and the king of England who abused the

President Donald Trump has proposed to build a new border wall along the U.S. and Mexico border. The proposal has three phases of construction, including fences and walls to cover about 1,250 miles by the end of 2020. About 650 miles of the border has already been fortified. This plan would extend the wall along the rest of the border. The wall is expected to be around 35-55ft high.…

Walls are meant to divide, protect, and encloses areas, they are thought to be security in homes and buildings, they were not meant to be used as barriers between friendly countries that can offer things we cannot have in hand without their help and support. However, President Trump sees our neighbors as threats, he wants to divide North America with this so-called “shield”. Does Trump not understand that walls can be broken, or climbed over, or that immigrants can simply go around the wall or dig under it? In my opinion, the wall that President Donald Trump wants to build is a waste of time, currency, and resources. If you think about it, the wall is 2,000 miles long, which will take an extraneous amount of time to build, nevertheless, with…

Our president Donald Trump has recently started his promise of building the border wall to keep immigrants born in Mexico away from entering the country. It is believed the border between Mexico and the United States is about 1,900 miles (3,100 km) long and traverses all sorts of terrain. The president says this structure will cover 1,000 miles, and the natural obstacles will take care of the rest. Today, the wall Mr. Trump promised his people is being built, and it will stay under construction until it’s completely done.…

The Unnecessary Construction Nightmare: The Mexican Border Wall For centuries, heavily secured border walls have been symbols of division between countries or other political entities who are not in good standing. Donald Trumps preposterous ploy to get elected would further divide two neighboring countries, and create the most secure and militarized border between two countries who are at peace in the entire world. His proposal of a wall is not only a logistical nightmare to even attempt to construct, but has also been proven to do little to nothing against illegal immigration.…

Donald trump’s idea to build a wall along the Mexico border is a pointless task that is flawed in nearly every aspect. The cost to build such a wall is ludicrous, with $15 billion dollars standing as a low estimation of cost, and the price tag only increasing with the inclusion of patrols, maintenance, and wiring. The political impact would be devastating as well, and people can look to the past for evidence of that. The best part of all though is that nothing would change if it were constructed. Trump’s idea of this wall is so humongously flawed, that if it was somehow constructed it would do far more harm to the country than good.…

Trump’s wall is causing problems in our country. It is very important that we find a solution to this problem by simply build a gate, have guards every half a mile guarding, and if we even make it electric, it would guard the country much better. My point if people are having problems with the wall, we put a fence up that's cheaper and which still does something for protection.…

It became the embodiment of how the revolution could end “THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE WAS THE FUNDAMENTAL ACT OF UNION FOR THE COLONIES”. This document was what Americans were looking for, something that would allow them all to unite under one symbol. It held the ideals to which Americans all held to heart and believed with all of their beings. Consent, Freedom, and Duty were all mentioned in this document.…

With the United States population being approximately 323 million people, the population is 3.4 percent illegal immigrants. With this number so high, there are many negative consequences. These immigrants come in illegally and get jobs where they do not pay taxes, so they are not contributing to welfare or social security. Since U.S President Donald Trump was sworn into office, there have been numerous changes regarding foreign policy with many more changes to come. In regards to foreign policy, one of Trump’s priorities is to make major changes in the immigration policy. The profound effects of Trump’s actions on immigration were seen when Trump put out an executive order that banned citizens and refugees of Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen from entering the U.S (Yuhas and Sidahmed). The executive order was extremely vague, which resulted in confusion at airports causing many U.S citizens, green card holders, and visa holders to be detained (Yuhas and Sidahmed). Consequently, many protests broke out at airports and Trump received backlash…
