Border Angels Research Paper

I am not one of those people that are affected by DACA but I do you know many people who are affected by this. There are several organizations that are helping with DACA recipients and other immigration issues that are occurring. One of the organizations that stood out to me was called Border Angels. They do not just help DACA recipients but they also help other immigrants and people affected by natural disasters. This organization is very helpful with immigration issues and they work hard to spread information’ of what is going on today.

The organization is located near the US and Mexican borders.The members travel down to the border to provide water and sanctions for the people. “In addition, volunteers also participate in community events, such as events at universities and colleges, as well as fundraisers and special projects.” (borderangels.org) There are many volunteers that are unable to travel down so they help out by having events and spreading the word about their cause. They also have several causes and they are willing to help many people who have a lack of opportunities.
