Booth STEM students are involved in STEM Underwater Robotics where the students build robots that are made for underwater use. This is the second year that the STEM program has been implemented into our school. Dr.Lanman, the lead STEM science teacher, thinks that STEM is interesting because the teachers create real world problems for the students, and the students all think of different ways that the problem could be solved. These real world problems involve the different domains of science, technology, engineering and math. The students in STEM are building robots to test in a pool. The robots frames are made out PVC pipe, and they are using a circuit boards to power their robot. The circuit board is where they attach their switches to
