The call of the wild, the adventures of Huckleberry Finn, catch-22.You have probably heard about if not read these American classics.People all across the country are challenging these books and trying to get them off of library shelves.Books shouldn’t be banned although some people believe that books that talk about sexuality, derogatory terms, or foul language should not be on shelves. Although some books may not be appropriate for young children does that mean we should remove them from shelves? Books can help children understand these things that are happening all around them and could teach them right from wrong.
