This book made me feel like I was in a video game and I was fighting virtual things to save my life. I felt a sense of intensity for the action sequences, humor form jokes coming out of the characters every now and then, and surprised by all of the plot twists in this book that makes you wanna read the next one in the series. The characters were actually realistic for their time which was in the future because how they reacted, how they felt, and their emotions to each problem. The themes of the book were definitely sci-fi, action, teamwork, and more. I definitely recommend this book to 7th graders out there if they want an action packed, intense video game experience that will get you in love with the book in the very first chapter. Overall I would give this book 5 out of 5
