Of Mice and Men an amazing read by John Steinbeck. This book is about two friends whose friendship is a tight bond that nobody can break except themselves. Lennie is dumb and tall and strong. George is smart and short and he is the brains of the two. Steinbeck was successful at making lennie sympathetic because whenever lennie does something bad he would apologize and always talk about small fluffy adorable creatures.
