The book Night by Elie Wiesel is a decidedly depressing book which describes Elie’s experiences during the Holocaust. The title of Night is relevant because of all of his terrible experiences during World War II. The mood of the book is as dark as the title. Elie managed to keep his head throughout all of this turmoil. Turning a traumatic and problematic situation into one of learning, he sought to improve the world, and make sure that no one else ever has to endure what he endured.
