Although the person insulting you may be poor, anyone that insults you can leave a lasting affect on you with their harsh words. Even if you think those words aren’t bad, the person insulting you is and therefore, is disrespecting you. Some insults are harmless if you have grown immune to them, especially little ones. But, some words directly insult you, your family, or what you believe in. These bigger insults can lead to depression and a drop in moral.
