Watch and listen to those guys who everybody wants to be around, they are comfortable with themselves, no matter what is their body shape. Listen to the way they talk to others, the tone, and the casual expressions that they use. If the guys are the nice guy type, you will see that they are generally calm, and with casual colloquial speech. Instead, I used to get so anxious that my tone of voice was a pitch higher than it is attractive for a man; and talked so fast and with so many disjointed words that made others around me immediately disconnect from my conversation. Many times I was too formal also, and too rigid when introducing myself for the first time to hide my anxiety.

Not only listening to the way others express their thoughts is essential, but also watching and imitating their body language. Confident guys sit straight and with the legs wide open. If you feel you are not comfortable with your body, exercise and don’t overeat. Even if you do not have a body builder complexion, if you are skinny, you will feel more confident than if you are not; Small and medium height guys are attractive to women as long as they are fit or skilly, so learn to eat healthy, control portion size and exercise to keep your belly in shape.

Next, dress well. Learn when to wear shorts and when to wear jeans. Be aware that if you ask women, jeans are almost always in. Shorts are almost always out. Jeans with a buttoned shirt and rolled up sleeves are the preferred semi-formal attire in men, particularly with nice sporty shoes (boat shoes or chukkas). Jeans and a t-shirt are ok for day to day. Don’t wear baggy clothes, like an oversized t-shirt and baggy shorts. Only fit to the body t-shirts and comfy nice
