Roma have suffered economic politic and cultural discrimination since their left their original homeland in northern India between the ninth and fourteenth centuries(Miller, Page 160). The problems in the Roma society have faced them in the more peace way they can. As more Easter European countries seek to enter the European Union, They are initiating programs to improve Roma living conditions and enacting laws to prevent discrimination(Miller, Page 160). Therefore, the Roma need helps from the European Union because, like migrants they are lack of not having documents, illiteracy, poor access to education, their health and they are lacking about the more important values that a person can have their rights.
