Media portrays to society that there is such thing as an ideal man or woman in many different ways. In today’s culture women feel that they need to attain a certain image to be loved or wanted. The ideal woman in today’s society is someone who is skinny with big eyes and has perfect skin, but no one naturally looks that way unless they got plastic surgery. Men can also feel that they are not wanted by women because they do not have ABS, a muscular and fit body, or they do not make a lot of money (Warren).
