In the relationship among the mind-body, the physical and the mental aspect have a important factor to do with stress and health. Having these three variable in check and constant will improve many ways on life living. The mind- body or the spirit is being able to look deep inside of you and know how you are. that is important to explore and learn more about because it only can expand your identity. the study is more focus on adult and have regular working job. Then consist in 2 phase , in the first phase the participants responded 2 sections and each had 30 questions to answer. The question are made up of scales of how stressful is the situation, and tell how long have the participants has been stressful in the pass half year.
