This is a great topic. Body cameras are all the talk in the law enforcement community right now. They are a great asset to have; the downside is getting your employees to use them. My office has some guys who do not like to use their in-car cameras. I try to explain to them that the cameras are there to back their story up. Everybody has a cell phone with cameras these days, many will crop or edit the video to show what they want to be seen, with body cameras you get the whole scene, not just bits and pieces of it. The use of body or in-car cameras will also help support and build your case.
