The patient is a 39-year-old female who has been sick for the past one week. She states it started last Wednesday with a cough. She is coughing quite consistently, it is productive to her throat, but she does not spit it out. She also states she started having body aches, which began on Saturday. She has been moving a lot of boxes, as she and her husband are moving to North Carolina at the end of this month. She states, however that the body aches are different than she normally has with moving. Up until yesterday, the patient did work at a daycare center, but yesterday was her last day. She is unsure whether any of them had flu symptoms. The patient did not receive a flu shot this year. She has been taking
