On the above date and time, inmate Bobby Rutledge was given several opportunities to go to Medical for pill call and insulin, and he refused.
Once Eastside pill call and insulin were on the walk, inmate Bobby Rutledge decided he wanted to go to Medical. Officer Hamilton, the floor officer for units L1 and L2, advised me not to let Bobby Rutledge out of L2 for pill call and insulin since his opportunity had passed.
Inmate Bobby Rutledge did ask for a grievance; however, there were no grievances.

    On 01-21-2017, at approximately 2115 hours, Inmate Timberlake, Norman T397504 returned to the Work Furlough search area at the Durango Jail located at 3225 W. Gibson Ln, Phoenix AZ 85009.
