Everything began at a slow pace on a cold, rainy night in Birmingham, Alabama. The year of 1928 began the devastation in this area. Leaving was not an option for these Alabamians. They were scared to be caught. Nevertheless, their lives were all that mattered at this point. The KKK was the head of all this madness. The year 1929 began the start of a new beginning. Accordingly, the KKK leader, Bobby Bones, was very crazy. He was approximately six feet tall and six inches. He weighed about 226 pounds. Surprisingly, no one knew he was a black man who thought he was white. Believe it or not, Mr. Bones had a goal to reach, and that was to turn everyone white. The leader and his group had a special way of doing this. They would bleach the bodies of those who weren’t white. Jim Shirley was an African American who stood at six feet tall. He weighed a little less than Bones at 196 pounds. Shirley was born a strong, country man. He is the man who changes it all….

The most amazing thing in Bones’ eyes appear, Shirley is at the conference and they catch him. They begged him to tell them where the assistant was buried, but he didn’t bust. All Bones has in mind now is to turn Shirley white. As the process begins, someone notices that Bones appears to be black himself. The fast paced processed was put to a halt when this shocking news arises. They begin the process together and they are transformed white. There is one African American left in the state of Alabama. She is Jim Shirley’s wife. She leaves state and is to never be found again. The KKK has now won and Alabama is back to its “original” form. The lives of others will always be ruined. Due to Bones unmistakeable wrath, he his life was put to a halt when he found out he was black. His whole life was turned upside down and now he is not who he thought
