Bob Wiley is a complete train wreck of a human being; he is a lunatic that needs serious help! Bob is emotionally attached to complete strangers; he has multiple phobias of leaving his apartment and he is a family guy. Bob is emotionally attached to his newly appointed Psychiatrist. He follows his psychiatrist on vacation and input himself as a part of the family. He is very determined to be with his Psychiatrist at all times and he doesn't respect the personal space of Dr. Leo Marvin and his family. He seems as if he is afraid of the world and all the possible things that can happen so he tends to think constantly of all aspects of life.
