Robert Nesta Marley (Bob Marley) was born February 6, 1945. At St. Ann Parish, Jamaica. Bob Marley and his friend Bunny Wailer, ( also known as Neville O’Riley Livingston ) shared the same love for music. Bunny inspired him to play the guitar. In the late 50’s, Bob Marley moved to Trench Town. One of the city’s most poorest place in the neighborhood. He struggled poverty, but he was inspired by the music around him. Bob Marley married his wife Rita Anderson, and still lived in Trench Town. Bob Marley was famous for his music, he sold 20 million records making him the first international superstar from the so called third world. His album and songs helped him make reggae music popular around the world. They did have difficulty making it financially.
