Just spoke to Bob Egan and he has the following updates:

Delaney Hall: DOC is expecting us to improve two existing bathrooms (wall , floor & Partitions) Bob has quotes for the two bathrooms for &20k each. DOC is delaying sending inmates to the facility until these areas have been improved.
Environmental sites: according to Bob, there are two CAP sites that need a permit and part of the requirement is to have a company monitor the sites ( we already use a company) but the State changed the scope for the monitoring process. Bob originally reached out to you and your response was to get it done through a PUR 108 but when he tried doing it that way they told him that he didn't need that as long as the appropriate person signed of on
