All users of the Board’s technology services must understand that the Board does not take responsibility for the reliability or accuracy of information from the internet, the suitability of the content online, and other costs or losses of information the user may experience as a result of technological difficulties. Users should also keep in mind that their emails are not private, and the Board has the right to access and monitor emails to sustain a safe environment online. Students are responsible for their own understanding of the Board’s policy regarding technological uses and should follow the Information Technology Acceptable Use of Agreement.
