Supported Server Upgrade project and provided structured high level tasks and activities, aligned team resources, as well as formalized a process of notification and improved implementation checklist for the Blade Server deployments.
Joined the AIMS2 project team in support of User Script test case writing, as well as TFS Bug Reporting to the BnD team. Later was assigned to manage a team of Operations and corrections officers from Perryville (Chief Testing and Training Officer) with the purpose of; clearly identifying a process of managing, tracking and scheduling use case testing of all AIMS2 modules, clearing any road blocks, working with Operations to define bug reporting process and team accountability. An additional phase of work was to support the development of the AIMS2 Training Plan, with a similar process of managing, tracking and scheduling training of all staff, statewide.
