In the case of Profits & Food Safety The Case of BMI are a lot of ethical issues involve. The first major ethical issue is food quality. Consumers expect quality and also buyers. The stakeholders are those are directly involved with BMI and know the problem. Also another stakeholder is Mike the CEO. Mike is not taking action on BMI unethical action.
