BM1 Cuevas has demonstrated enthusiasm, team support, self-improvement, complete professionalism with a thirst for knowledge. He has my complete trust and confidence in what I want Naval Officer. Operating in one of the most important areas of FLACT Yokosuka, Port Operations. His performance to date has been nothing shy of exemplary, and has proven time and again to be consistently reliable.

BM1 Cuevas is a proactive young senior sailor in Port Operation that can lead from angle and consistently is able to lead his junior sailors in successful endeavors, encourages similar levels of excellence from his subordinates. No matter the time of the day or day of the week, I am restful to know that I can count on BM1 and his crew to support this highly demanding Forward Deployed Naval Forces. I am convinced his unyielding drive will only be amplified upon acceptance into the LDO/611X-Deck Surface community.
