BPM Fitness Growth Phase III: So You Can Achieve Faster Results!

If you were to ask me only one piece of advice, here’s what I would tell you: Everything you desire to bring forth in your physical reality starts from within. Your physical reality aligns itself to your inner world. So if you wish to change your life, you must make the shift from within; you can not fight your design.

Everything is possible when you discover your purpose and consistently follow your intuition and take action. Your purpose will become more clear when you take action to improve your inner world. Action leads to more action, and compounded action leads to momentum. When you catch momentum everything begins to effortlessly fall into place accordingly to your

Living in the present moment is the most powerful tool that we all have access to. Use it to lay the foundation for your purpose and vision. By anchoring yourself into the present moment, you eliminate anxiousness, hesitation, contraction, and fear of the unknown. Believe that everything happens for a reason. If you’re experiencing depression, lack of motivation, or suffering - embrace it. It is a gift for new growth and opportunity.

Early 2015, BPM Fitness experienced a massive shift. Campers (aka clients) who have been with BPM Fitness before April, felt the massive shift. The energy all of a sudden changed. This is because I made an internal shift which reflected in my physical reality.

My inner world has made yet another massive shift that is resulting in another phase of growth. Continuous personal development has allowed me to shift my perception in ways I never though possible. Opportunities that once frightened me now excites me.

I introduce Melodie Champion to your team. Long story short, it was meant to be. Melodie has all the tools she needs to help disconnect you from your past self, inspire you to build on today’s success; so you can live a healthy, lean, strong life. Melodie will be actively setting appointments with you, to remind you to set appointments with yourself. She will nurture your experience to fast track your results.
