• 2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
• 1 tablespoon coconut flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 stick unsalted, grass-fed butter, softened • 1 cup pure maple syrup
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups unsweetened applesauce, preferably homemade
• 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
