Indeed, even individuals in the Blue Zones experience stress. Stress prompts constant irritation, connected to every major age-related disease. What the world's longest-lived individuals have that we don't, are routines to help them shed that anxiety.Okinawans take a few moments each day to remember their ancestors, Adventists pray, Ikarians take a nap and Sardinians do happy hour(1A). Additionally the Adventist takes nature strolls, this can alleviate the anxiety and unwind you. BY taking nature walks you are relieve stress and opening up your mind, as well as exercising. A considerable measure of one individual invests energy with their families and are religious and those both can lessen stress in times.
