1. I own or control the Company Blue Ties Grocery Store and its Premises and Marks. By signing this release, I hereby grant the Producer and his Production Company, Lazer Productions, my consent to use the Premises and any images, video material, and audio recordings depicting the Premises and its Marks/Logos in any media, for any purpose, which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service, to be displayed on any network television channel. I agree that the images, videos and audio recordings may be combined with other images, text, graphics, and audio and cropped, altered or modified. I also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction with the images, video material, and audio recordings. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products, the advertising copy or other published matter that may be used in connection with the obtained …show more content…
To photograph and record the Company’s Marks/Logos and the exterior and interior of the Premises and its structures, including, but not limited to, signs, furniture and accents contained within and in the general vicinity of the Premises.
c. To use the Marks/Logos and the name of the Premises in connection with Lazer Production’s outlined use of the recordings and photographs detailed within this Consent and Release.
2. Lazer Productions is not in any way obligated to actually use the Marks and/or the Premises in their commercial, not obligated to produce the video, photograph, or audio recording and not obligated to include material photographed and/or recorded in their commercial, advertisement, promotion, etc.
3. Lazer Productions shall not by virtue of this Consent and Release, acquire any right, title or interest in or to the Marks and/or the Premises, including the name, logo, trade name, trademark, slogan or artwork of the Company, Blue Ties Grocery Store, except the rights of use specifically outlined in this Consent and
