Marketing is based on thinking about the business in terms of customer needs and wants. Blossom&Co. is a Malaysia company which produce handbags. Name of blossom is comes from our chairman which mean versatile, dynamic, fabulous and the most important is beauty. Consumers especially women are the main target of Blossom&Co. It is easy to attract women because most women like to carry a handbag to go anywhere. Handbag is easy to bring important items and happy to carry anywhere.
The company was founded in 1986 by Dato’ Seri Muhammad Ifwat Asyraf Bin Muslimin, a top designer handbag of Malaysia. As of 1986, he is the Chairman and Designer of the company’s. He is someone who loves to design something unique in his eyes. Therefore,

Farzana Bt. Zainul Abidin, who will lead sales management, product development, distribution channel management, marketing communication (including promotions and advertising), pricing, market research and customer service. CMO are also the Chief Influence Officer of the firm and also a member of the executive team and typically reports to the CEO. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is Mrs. Noor Azifa Durrah Bt. Azhar, who responsible to managing the company's financial action. CFO duties include tracking cash flow, financial plans, analyse the strengths and weaknesses of the company and suggest corrective action. CFO is the same as the treasurer or controller because she responsible for managing the finance and accounting division and to ensure that the company's financial reports are accurate and complete in a timely manner. General Manager (GM) is Mrs. Nur Khairunnisa’ Bt. Hazemi will responsible to manage both revenue and cost elements of a company’s income statement. General Manager usually oversees all of the firm’s marketing and sales functions as well as the day-to-day operations of the business. Frequently, the General Manager is responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, manage and make good decisions for the benefit of an organization.
Blossom&Co. has a brand marketing, research, design, distribution, manufacturing and retail capabilities. The main products of Blossom&Co. are our own production on handbags and accessories like keychain. Skill outsourcing of production and a licensed distributor model applied by the company has established a system of supply chain management as well as distribution and retail network in Asean.
