He drops back, looking down the field… It was the Super Bowl, his last year playing for the Bloomingdale Bears and the BGYFL. It was them against the undefeated Elmhurst Eagles. It was the moment the whole team was waiting for, Dylan throwing a bomb pass in the final seconds of the game to Alex. A perfect example of the Curry to Fitz Dynamic Duo. Dylan Curry, the star quarterback of the team, was on a journey to bring his team to the Super Bowl. Many of the kids on the team, this was their last year to try and make it to the Super Bowl and win it all. The team knew that even if they do make it to the Super Bowl, they would have to face the Elmhurst Eagles. The Eagles were a tough team to beat, they had been undefeated for 2 years now. It was the Bloomingdale Bears VS. Wheaten Rams. This was their opportunity to come out and show them what they had in store for them. Although today was a very stormy day, every time the game was about to start, the game would be delayed because of lightening for 30 minutes. Finally the game had started and the Bears elected to receive the ball. Throughout the 1st half of the game, it was a really tough game because of all the rain so it make it harder for Dylan to throw a deep ball. So the team went into the half, Rams leading 14-0. Dylan truly believed that his team was better but they weren’t showing that, they were getting lazy on him. Into the second half the team did a much better job and were totally demolishing. Although they weren’t winning, you could tell by the way they were playing that they were going to win. The score was 24-20 Rams with 00:10 left in the game with the Bears on their own 50 yard line. Dylan calls hike, looks down the field, but dumps it to Jordan for a 3 yard gain, Dylan calls a timeout, 00:05. Final play of the game, Dylan calls hike, fake 24 dive to Jordan, finds Fitz open with a 9 (fly) pattern down the field. He gives it everything he’s go into the ball to try and make a deep pass.
