Not everyone can experience everything, there hasn’t been nor will there be a person that has the opportunity to experience everything life has to offer. We are left to just learning about them, weather its on a program on the television or through the words of an author. You will never be able to have the full experience through those methods but we can get pretty close. Imagery is probably one of the most important parts about writing. You want an entertaining book . Imagery doesn’t just allow you allow you to picture things, It gives you the full exposure. You will always be able to tell the overall tone of the scene.

For example most people love pizza we think it taste great and you

can order it to your house you don’t even have to move. After a while if you had the same thing

every day then you would learn to hate pizza. We tend to continue to love it because we pace

ourselves. McCarthy knew what he was doing , he knew the book was boring . we read it and

ponder upon it and we become more open and understand the purpose of the book.

“See the child. He is pale and thin, he wears a thin and ragged linen shirt. He stokes the

scullery fire. “ This is something that when you read you unconsciously see an image, you

picture the boy in the thin ragged shirt , Not every author can do that. Imagery is one of the most

important things in a book , You are looking for entertainment, you are drawn in get stuck in a

phase of just reading chapter after chapter. Then the book becomes terribly boring the same

thing , them walking through the desert scalping Mexicans and Indians. Its true we need

something new we cant keep having the same thing over again even if it’s something very

enjoyable. Eventually you will get sick and tired of it.

Imagery puts you in the situation, you aren’t a spectator you are the character.
