The wedding meal begins with a blessing over the challah which is an elaborately braided bread. The couple's parents or another honored guest can make the blessing.

The Hora
The bride and groom is high above the crowd on chairs with the following music of "Hava Nagila".This allows Friends and family to dance around in a circle as the couple tries not to look or fall down the chairs.
