Blepharoplasty: A Necessary Procedure

The only circumstance I can imagine for Blepharoplasty to be covered would be, that the patients upper eyelids are greater than normal. However, those eyelids would make vision difficult and in some cases, dangerous, making Blepharoplasty a medically necessary procedure. Therefore, difficult vision would cause other problems: challenged driving, unintended self injuries and issues towards quality of life.
