As a child teacher, always encounter many new admission of children, a group of kids come to school, elementary school children have to go out and repeat the conduct. In general, Children in kindergarten, there will be crying and reluctance to happen. This is because kids grow up around parents suddenly want to leave the parents to a strange environment in which to go, he will have a "separation anxiety" and "stranger anxiety." "Separation anxiety" so that children leave their parents to produce a sense of insecurity; "stranger anxiety" so that the child because exposure to the new environment and new teachers, new students feel nervous, so a sense of attachment to their loved ones particularly

I got 4 strategies for improving communication . First strategy is to make sure family members have an opportunity to say everything they want to say. Allow enough time for thoughtful discussion. The children’s parents’ ideas is helpful teacher to understand and teaching the children. Also the enough time to have thoughtful discussion is helpful for parents understand their children’s events. For instance, in my placement the children’s parents always have the discussion with their children’s teacher, the parents want to know their children background in the school. Parents and educators have a good discussion is good for the children development. Second strategy is the family and the child must be looked at in a cultural context. learn about cultures and the learning styled predominant in different cultures, but remember that individual culture of each family may not reflect the traditional cultural ways. Let the children know their inherent culture helps children in the future, they are by learning their first language, cultural background, knowledge of history, can deeply remember their own culture. For example, in my placement, educator make many symbol for other country, and when have some festival they use many language write down the greetings. Children like to find the greetings which written by their first language. Also the classroom have the world map, children post where their family came from on the map. Third strategy is to make sure that family members understand that your role is to functioin as a team member working with them to solve problem. It should be right, because just let parents know my role and then they will understand that i am helper to help them solve the problem between they and their children.
