Bob and the Blob Bob knew that he should not have mixed those chemicals together, but the resulting giant blob that ate up the school was not really his fault. How could he have known, that by mixing hydrochloric acid, potassium iodine, copper sulfate and some of the “secret” substance behind the teacher’s desk would have resulted in an omnivorous, gelatinous blob? However, he was blamed nevertheless. The chemistry class that Bob attended had few rules that had to be explained, as most were what people considered “common sense”.…

I was smiling the whole time as the skin around my neck was being ripped off. Well I wasn’t actually smiling and as brutal as I made it sound, it wasn’t as horrific an event now that I look back on it. The incident occurred while I was on Spring Break during my freshman year in high school. My family and I were vacationing in Gatlinburg, Tennessee;which if I might add we’ve been there about eight times since I was seven years old. I remember clearly that day down to the exact temperature.…

However, for myself it happened to be both. I love to hunt all sorts of game such as: deer, squirrel, turkey, and dove to name a few. Hunting all these animals obviously requires the use of several different types and calibers of guns.…

Disbelieve and fear shook my mind as I lie on my back, sitting on top of concrete sandwiched in between the hot metal hood of a car, as the weight pressed down against me it didn’t hurt, my body was too numb to feel anything. All I could feel was a car pushing me further into the ground pushing my lungs down and shutting air out of it. It felt too surreal I kept blinking as if I thought I’d wake up from this mess. I could see sirens and people gathering around me watching in disbelieve, I kept fading in and out of conscience I felt like I was close to death.…
