Bleak Managers Roles In Residential Community

In residential communities, desk managers play multiple roles in maintaining safety and security. The first role is making sure every resident swipes in upon arrival. This is important because we can keep a count on how many residents are in the building in the event of an emergency. It is also important to make sure all guests are checked-in. If guests are not check-in, there would not be an accurate count of who is in the building. Another role that is played during a desk manager’s shift would be checking the cameras frequently to make sure there is no suspicious activity going on in or around the building. If there is suspicious activity suspected, the desk manager on duty would be responsible for calling the appropriate official to handle
