As I looked at her, it seemed she got more and more beautiful every second. The way she would tuck her hair behind her ear and the soft, sweet smile she would give the people around her. She radiated a sunny vibe; you would think she was always happy. I would spend most of my time in here- sneaking a peek at her every chance I could-without looking like some weird guy staring at her. I think she knows I sorta stare at her because sometimes she will look at me and i'll quickly look away and I think she is catching on.

I can see why someone would want to move here. It’s beautiful here, just a small village along the coast with one of a kind redwoods. I just started seeing her in here, So I’m guessing she just started working here. I have wanted to talk to her but i have been a little nervous and for some reason today seems like the perfect day to introduce myself.
Im sitting at a little table just out of the way of the crowd. It’s a Friday so there are a good amount of people in here. The only problem is, I don’t want to interfere with her work so maybe I’ll wait till she is on break or gets off.

Out of the corner of my eye, I see her grabbing her bag from under the counter and sliding on her jacket indicating she is on her way out. I stand up and grab my things, and I walk towards the door. Her hands are full so she struggles to get the counter up, so I quickly grab it has it's about to slip from her hand and slam down. She smiles at me, unlike any smile I have seen before. A smile that’s you would be envious of. The only thing I can do is smile back. She looks away and I can almost see her cheeks

Rationale My task is related to Part III: Literature-Texts and Contexts section of this course. My written task are a series of journal entries in the point of view of Meursault expressing his feelings and actions based on explicit and implied events from the novel, The Stranger, by Albert Camus. I did this to reinforce common motifs, and themes, such as the idea of Absurdity: life has no inherent meaning but the one an individual assigns to it, and an individual is free to make their own decisions, but must face…
