The third poem I wrote was a metaphoric writing poem, I appreciated writing this poem because it showed the value of my grandpa. I directly followed the format given for this poem so, I did not change the structure. The change I made to the beginning was very slight, I just made an addition by adding where the Black Tap milkshake is to give the readers a clearer understanding. At the end of the poem there was a modest change, I wrote out Alex Rodriguez's full name because I felt it was more proper and I referred his name to his suspension. My favorite part of the poem is “like a delicious four, for four containing American favorites, burgers, french fries, chicken nuggets, and a chocolate frosty on a late Friday night from Wendy’s.” This quote
