I would say that it is true that sometimes it's a little bit difficult to understand the "black talk." It does sound uneducated but I have never liked to judge anyone because I know how hard it is to learn how to speak appropriately, which nowadays I'm still trying. I didn't know how much this affected them in school. I can understand now why some African Americans drop out of high school because school. I may not pronounce some words correctly or use the appropriate English when I'm talking, but I do make sure that I use the standard English in my writing.
