Technology and different media outlets have given us information that identifies that there is a correlation between getting kicked out of school and going to streets. As declared by Carla Amurao author of the article How Bad is the School to Prison Pipeline “Statistics reflect that the policies disproportionately target students of color and those with a history of abuse, neglect, poverty or learning disabilities.” This deteriorates the success of a black man because if they are targeted, it is more likely that they will come in contact with trouble and have to face consequences.
