My room seemed heated; I don’t know if it was from all the lights and curling irons I had on or if it was the anticipation of the night before me. A sea of clothes that I had decided just wouldn't do concealed the floor and shoes were strewn everywhere. After finally deciding to wear my blue sweater, the one Mom told me brought out my eyes, I drowned myself in Justin Biebers' Boyfriend perfume, and I was ready for my first date.…

On Saturday, February 6th, I traveled to the 8th Annual Tack Swap hosted by the Stark County Jr. Fair 4-H Horse Committee at the Stark County Fairgrounds. This was the first time I had ever been to this event and I was attending to assist my good friend Amy with her booth. Amy is the owner and operator of a small scale western wear store, City Limits Western, which was going to be displayed at the tack swap and her husband Dusty, our friend Adriana, and myself were all recruited to help her out. The day began with us waking up around five thirty in the morning to finish loading the last few pieces of merchandise onto the trailer. We threw our clothes on and hustled outside into the cold air to finish the packing and get on the road in hopes…

I will present a discussion highlighting the “differences between probable cause and reasonable suspicion and what each of these levels of evidence allow a police officer to do” (Aberle 2014). Aberle 's accretions will be presented and contrasted with my own. First off I 'm going to start with reasonable suspicion for this is most of the time the first step to probable cause. It was summer, one month after my 17th birthday, and, even though I had a lot of great adventures with the people I loved, I still wasn 't satisfied.
