“Hello,” a young woman asked desperately. “Is this Oz Matthews?” “Yes, it is,” a man remarked. “How may I help you?” The woman said deliberately, “I need to report a crime.” “What is your name?” Oz Matthews asked vigorously. “Mrs. Smith,” the woman said. “There was a shooting at the concert in Central Park. Over thirty people are dead and a multitude are wounded. “I’ll look into it. Thanks for calling,” Oz Matthews said conclusively. He quickly hung up the phone. “Another mystery to solve,” Oz said quietly to himself. “Let’s see who this malicious murderer is.” Five minutes later, Oz arrived at Central Park. After the crowd had left, Oz got right down to business. First he searched through the rubble, then he put put his ear up to the piles. Before long, he started burrowing in a pile of rubble. Oz found a watch of a dead man, and lying on the body was a gun. Once Oz had scrutinized the gun, Oz whispered, “I think we should check this gun for fingerprints.

After Oz had gone home he examined the gun, and three sets of fingerprints were found. They were the fingerprints of Mrs. Smith, Ms. Williams, and Mr. Lopez. Following that, Oz went back to the shooting scene and investigated more. After hours of putting his ear up to things, he heard something buzzing. He reached into the piled nearest to him and pulled out a security camera.

Once Oz had looked over the surveillance, he decided it was vital that the three suspects should be questioned. Oz called the police and told them to notify Mr. Lopez, Ms. Williams, and Mrs. Smith to meet at the police station at eight a.m. tomorrow and no later. A few hours later, Oz went to bed. * * * That afternoon, Oz went to examine the crime scene. He look at the surveillance camera, and after hours and hours of contemplating, he found out that Mr. Lopez was telling the truth. He did load bullets into the gun, but was backstage reading the rest of the concert. This made Oz one step closer to solving this case.
Next, Oz looked at the gun from a standpoint of a security camera. The surveillance showed Mrs. Smith and Ms. Williams touching the gun, but the moment the gun disappeared was when Oz cracked the case. Oz came to the conclusion that Ms. Williams committed this gruesome crime.
When Ms. Williams was arrested, she caused a lot of commotion. Nevertheless, she was shipped off the prison without anyone else getting injured or executed.
That night, Oz’s phone was returned to him, and it turned out the image Oz took was Ms. Williams in her pajamas.
Later, Oz laid down and got some rest he definitely deserved. He was satisfied that he had cracked this case and arrested Ms. Williams. Oz drifted off to sleep, knowing he’d gotten everything right. He always
