Evaluate the effect oral administration of Bisphenol A on tissue and liver enzymes, serum lipids and blood glucose in rats
Abstract:
Background and Purpose:Bisphenol A (BPA) is a synthetic compound of carbon with chemical formula is (CH3)2C (C6H4OH) 2 Diphenyl methane derivatives belonging to the group. BPA has harmful effects on mammals.Because of endocrine disrupters can be on serum lipids, tissue and serum liver enzymes and blood sugar affect, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of BPA on serum lipids, tissue and liver enzymes and blood sugar serum.

The effect of oral administration of Bisphenol A (BPA) on serum glucose

Discussion and conclusion:
According to the results of this study in which doses of 5-50 mg/kg/day Bisphenol water for 2 weeks had a significant decrease in Amount liver enzymes AST, ALT and ALP were observed compared to The control group.
