TR 1:40-3:35 Can the order by which a person is born really affect their personality? This question has been apart of the psychological community since the start. The research of Alfred Adler in the early 20th century began birth order theories across the community. Although Adler’s theories are thought by some to be almost as skeptical as Freud’s radical theories, Adler started the argument that scientists still debate today. (Kausar) The majority of psychologists think birth order does not have an effect on personality, but the topic is still a widely debated disagreement that remains unanswered. (Harris) Despite numerous research projects, scientists still have concluded answers that do not support, leaving the community perplexed. Can the personality of someone really be recognized to his or her age amongst his or her siblings?
