The leading pregnancy prevention used in America is birth control there’s many different types from pills, vaginal ring, Diaphragm, IUD and etc. Almost populace knows what the birth control pills are so ill informing you about the other ones. Starting with vaginal ring which is a small ring that is made of flexible plastic. It’s made to deliver estrogen and progestin. You’re supposed to place the vaginal ring in your vaginal for 3 weeks and then take it out after so that you have a normal period.
