The findings suggest that group psychoeducation may impact the participants’ perceived personal insights, social support, access to services, attitude towards medication, and overall knowledge and acceptance of BD. Two key recommendations for potential psychoeducation include allowing more time for group discussions and offering group sessions to family members. The authors made sure to note the importance of avoiding venues for group psychoeducation at universities or hospitals. Poole et al.
