Attention Getter: Sometimes we all have bad days, and even good days, but these sudden changes in our mind and body is not just a simple change, it can be a sign of a very serious problem that is “bipolar depression”.
Thesis/Central Idea: Bipolar depression is a serious mental illness, and cause serious changes in your mood, self-esteem, energy, mental and behavior.

According to the National Health Service, UK, the depression phase of bipolar disorder is usually diagnosed first.
There are three types of bipolar depression, which are:
Bipolar I disorder: This disorder is characterized by having one or more panic attacks, it is the more popular and more people have.
Bipolar II disorder: bipolar disorder is characterized by being less strong than the bipolar disorder II. A person with bipolar disorder II suffers less damage and fewer panic attacks that mental disorder I. But people with this disease fall into depression more than the other one.
Cyclothymia: this mental disorder is classified as the least harmful of the three. This also does not present maniac situations, but is easy to fall into depression.
