Bipolar disorder refers to one or more maniac episodes in a person (Kearney & Trull 2015). These episodes are known as manic-depression because someone suffering from this disorder can change between a manic episode then start a depression episode. Individuals with bipolar disorder usually have a manic or a depression period but rarely experience a normal mood period (Kearney & Trull 2015).
I enjoyed this assignment because I’ve never had to do an assignment like this before and I thought it was very interesting in the way in which it was presented to the students.
